Our Core Satellite & Space index was down -6% in April, underperforming the S&P 500 which saw a loss of -4% and the MSCI Global (ex.-U.S.) index which saw a loss of -2%. 
Transaction activity was steady, with signs of a looming uptick in volumes. 
There were ten announced private financings (including sizable rounds by ICEYE and Varda) and one public equity financing, a PIPE by satellite-based earth observation company Satellogic.
